Bridge Vitality is designed to assist in bridging the gap between your performance team and your culinary team; keeping your athletes eating in the dining room, (and not leaving the training facility to eat meals that the performance staff may not approve of).
Noanie Rofoli’s career has been in hospitality. She has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. She has worked with a variety of personalities from celebrity chefs to line cooks. Noanie has always run businesses as if it was her own. This mindset has inspired her to say, it’s time to run my own business.
For the past several years, Noanie has worked in Professional Sports. She loved the challenges and enjoyed being part of the solutions. She has worked well with the performance staff and learned how to bring their philosophy to life in the dining room.
Having been in the hospitality world and the sports world, it is apparent where there are gaps in communication. A chef wants to highlight his food (not always in the best way for an athlete) and the performance staff wants the athlete’s body to be a temple. Noanie has found a successful way to bridge those gaps while keeping athletes, performance staff and chefs happy and successful.
While on the road, we can help create menus and work with the chefs in coordinating and adhering to the guidelines that are set at the training facilities.
